Fantasy baseball is a fun way to keep up with your favorite players and favorite teams. This is an entertainment that can take up a lot of your time. That is mainly played by guys, but some girls plays. Since it takes up a lot of time, this is one thing that a lot of girlfriends and wives do not like!

There are two main types of fantasy baseball. Roto and head to head. We will get back to these in a minute.

There are a few popular places to play fantasy baseball. Those are espn.com and yahoo.com. There are usually 10 or 12 teams in a fantasy baseball league. When you have all the people play (the managers), you will have a draft. There is like any draft people who choose players with the first pick and people who get there first pick 12th. Then the 12th pick will get the 13th pick and 11th pick would receive the 14th pick and so on. It goes back and fourth. The goal is the draft is to select your team, you need a player in for every position and pitchers. You get relief pitchers and starters. You will also need bench players to play certain days in your line up. You want to have the most balanced team, with hitting, power, speed. Good pitching, saves, era, etc.

Getting back to the two types of leagues we will start with the head to head league. This league you will face off against a different manager every week. You are essentially playing your team vs your team for that one week. You receive a point if you beat him in a certain category, or he will receive the point if he beats you. For example if I had 11 home runs with my team and he had 8 points, I would receive one point and he would receive 0. You want the points, they count as Wins or Losses. At the end of the season whoever has the most points will win the league. The disadvantage of this type of week, is that your players may have a off week and hurt your team for a week. Anyone can win a week if they get lucky.

In Roto you are playing against everyone for the entire season. The stats add up every day for the whole season, instead against teams weekly. This is better because players will have good weeks and bad weeks, but this keeps it balanced. It keeps it so the best player will win.

I hope this helps briefly explain fantasy baseball to you. Most leagues play for a nominal fee, which I am able to pay for by going to cashcrate and earning extra money.

In a few months many young adults are going to be taking the next step in life. Going to college and for many being away from their family for the first time. This is a very exciting time for many people, but very nervous as well. You can earn extra money while going away to college by going to cashcrate and filling out free surveys and offers!

I graduated from college about two years ago and would like to shed some light on a few things.

It is scary, you may not admit it to yourself or others, but it is. You are going to a new environment, for many people many hundred of miles away from home. You may know a few people from high school or somewhere else, but for the most part everyone you meet are brand new people. They are going to be totally different from you. They come from all different backgrounds, different states, different beliefs. While this may be scary, you are going to learn a lot about the world. You are going to meet life long friends. But the thing that you need to remember is that everyone else is going through the same process, the same feelings, the same worries, the first couple weeks may be rough, maybe not, but you will make it through it and be even better.

In college you are going to have many choices and many responsibilities. You are not going to have your parents hold your hands anymore, or to tell you no. You have to make choices, good ones and bad ones. And you are not always going to make the right choices. There are many pressures out there. There are parties all the time, there is going to times you have to decide if you are ready to drink and if you want to do drugs. You got to remember, if you want to, be smart and safe. Don’t drink too much, be in control when you drink. Look at other people when they are really drunk and decide, do I want that to be me? Do you want to go to class? No one is going to make you go to class, more people skip classes in college then they do in High School. If you don’t show up the professor isn’t going to call you. You may miss tests, classes, papers, and get bad grades. Or you may not, you have to be smart.

You have to remember when you go to College the reason you are there is to get an education and get a good job when you leave. Not for the party on that one Thursday night. You have to be responsible.

There are many issues when you leave and go away to school. Those are just two that I touched on briefly, remember to go to cashcrate and earn some extra money so you can relax some in college and do have fun. College is a time in my life I will never forget, I had a blast and met many great people. I hope you all do to.

Go to cashcrate and be able to make some extra money for college. At cashcrate you are able to earn extra money playing games, doing surveys, doing offers, and so much more. With a little extra work at cashcrate you will be able to earn some additional spending money at school.

The Nintendo press conference from E3 2009 left a sour taste in the mouths of many gamers who helped build Nintendo into the gaming giant that it is today. Expectations were extremely high. There were hopes and prayers that Nintendo would finally deliver Wii versions of the core game franchises that Nintendo is known for. When nothing more than a trailer for a Metroid game with no release date in the near future was shown, lifelong loyal Nintendo supporters began to worry.

Fast Forward 1 year to the aftermath of the Nintendo press conference at E3 2010. Amazing, Im speechless, and Outstanding are just a few of the responses from these same supporters who had just witnessed what can only be described as a Hall of Fame lineup of games be debuted. Nintendo wasted no time in unveiling the greatness of this lineup by showing a live demo of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword right off the bat.
The game was designed from the ground up specifically for the Wii software. Using the wiimote and nun chuck controller, the player would have 1:1 control over Link’s sword and shield. In the live demo, this didn’t work so well. Many times the Wii did not register the movements at all, and when they did, 7/10 times the move that happened in the game was not the movement made by the player. The creator, who was demoing the game, claimed that they were having technical difficulties due to people in the audience using wireless devices. Don’t look too much into the poor demo because whether or not there were technical difficulties or the game just isn’t right yet, there is plenty of time to fix and issues as the game does not come out until sometime next year.

After showing off Zelda, core gamers may have thought they were done. Ha. Not even close. Nintendo also announced that they will be bringing one of the greatest games EVER to the Wii. Goldeneye. I don’t really need to say anymore for you to grasp the awesomeness of this, but I will. The game will feature 8 classic Bond characters, have improved graphics, and feature the phenomena that was 4 person spilt screen multiplayer. This time, however, the multiplayer will also be online. The game will launch this November.
Zelda AND Goldeneye. What more could you ask for if you are a Wii owner? How about Kirby, Donkey Kong, and Metroid! Kirby’s Epic Yarn will launch this fall and will bring a whole new look and feel to the franchise. Donkey Kong Country Returns, which will launch this holiday, is a throwback to the classic Donkey Kong, with a little feel of Sonic the Hedgehog mixed in. Metroid: Other M takes Samus on a whole new adventure that begins on August 31st. Gameplay trailers for all 3 games were shown, and all 3 games are exactly what every gamer could possibly ask for.

Nintendo also unveiled a few Wii games for the casual gamer. Headlining that list was Just Dance 2 which will be released this fall. The game is the sequel to the popular Just Dance, and will feature up to 8 players, dance crew face offs, and 40+ hit tracks. Another casual gamer’s game that was unveiled was Wii Party. The game will feature 13 party game modes with over 70 mini games to be played. Wii Party will launch this holiday just in time to add another level of fun to your holiday parties. In addition, another game called Disney Epic Mickey provides players with the opportunity to either paint and create solutions to problems, or thin and erase problems and enemies.

All of these games are sure to be amazing, but what would a Nintendo press conference be without hearing about the little red plumber who saves the world. That’s right, Mario is back. He has been all across the world, been to the Olympics, the world cup, and many other sporting events, but in 2011, Mario will be bringing 4 sports to your living room in Mario Sports Mix. The game will feature well known Mario characters playable in Basketball, Volleyball, Hockey, and Dodgeball.

With all of these big titles coming for the Wii, it would have been easy for the Nintendo DS to get pushed to the side at this years E3. However, the DS may have been the hottest topic of the Nintendo press conference. They showed off, for the first time, the new Nintendo 3DS, which will provide portable 3D gaming without having to wear those unstylish glasses. The new handheld portable features a 3D depth slider which can be changed from full, to 2D, to off, a single touch screen on the bottom, and 2 camera lenses that allow for pictures to be taken in 3D.

For this new 3D gaming technology, 3 DS games were announced at the Nintendo press conference. Golden Sun: Dark Dawn which will launch this holiday, Dragonquest IX which comes out in just 26 days, and Kid Icarus: Uprising whose gameplay trailer blew the crowed away. In addition to these 3 games, it was revealed that developers of top game franchises such as Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid, and Madden NFL will be working to bring games to the DS in 3D.

So now that you have heard about the Hall of Fame worthy lineup of Wii games coming from Nintendo in the near future, you are probably starting to wonder how you are going to be able to pay for all of these new awesome games and the new Nintendo 3DS. Join CashCrate today and start earning the extra money now, so you can get all of this industry changing technology on release day.

Today kicked off the biggest week of the year for the video game industry. Today kicked off the Electronic Entertainment Expo of 2010. E3 as it is known, is a gathering of the industry’s biggest and best where they show off and talk about the future plans of their companies and introduce the new hardware, games, and DLC the companies will be releasing in the near future. Each major company holds its own press conference, in which they do exactly what is stated above, and with the competition that exists between “The Big 3” (Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo) to be the best in the industry, these press conferences have become the place to prove that they are the best and show you why you should buy their console.

The first company to take the stage at the Los Angelis Convention Center was Microsoft. At E3 last year, their focus was on the casual gamer, and with the announcement of Project Natal, this years E3 was highly anticipated by Xbox owners both casual and hardcore, to see if they would be able to actually follow through with the technology of Natal, which seemed very sketchy to many, and still be able to provide the core games that keep the diehards on xbox live for hours on end. After watching the live coverage of the press conference, I can assure anyone who had any doubts, they were able to deliver.

For the hardcore gamers, the press conference held demos of Call of Duty: Black Ops and a 4 player co-op campaign demo of Gears of War 3. Both games looked phenomenal, surprisingly with Gears 3 looking better despite still being in early development and having a release date of April 2011, while COD: Black Ops will be released this year on November 9th. Although, the coolest part of either demo was when it showed you get to fly a helicopter in Black Ops. A noteworthy announcement that accompanied the Black Ops demo was a 3 year deal between Microsoft and Activision which states that all DLC for the franchise will be released on the 360 before any other platform. In addition to the demos, trailors for Metal Gear Solid: Rising, Fable III, and Halo Reach had the hardcore fans on the edge of their seats. Rising will bring a whole new look and feel to the MGS series whenever it hits stores (A release date was not announced),while Halo Reach and Fable III will bring new stories, weapons, and game modes to these 2 series that we know and love when they hit stores in September and October respectively.

For the casual gamers, Project Natal, or should I say Kinect as it is now being called, was all that was really shown. However, just about everything you could want to know about it, other than its price, was shown, demoed, explained, or talked about. Some of the coolest features that were shown for the piece of hardware that will release on November 4th are the new way of signing in and moving through the menus as well as video Kinect. In order to sign in, all you have to do is wave at the sensor. In order to select anything from a menu, all you have to do is say xbox followed by whatever you want to access. For example, “xbox zune” would take you to the zune menu. This voice feature also works while watching movies as well. If you have to go to the bathroom, all you have to do is say “xbox pause” and your movie will pause. Video Kinect is a feature that works just kind of like a webcam, allowing you to see and talk to friends who are also using either Video Kinect or Windows Live Messenger.

The press conference also revealed some the launch games for Kinect. These include Kinectimals, Kinect Sports, Kinect Joy Ride, Kinect Adventures, Your Shape Fitness Revealed, and Dance Central. Each of these games was demoed and looked really cool. The Kinect software appeared to work flawlessly with them as well. There will also be 9 more games available at launch, making a total of 15 launch titles for Kinect. In addition to the games demoed, there were videos for 2 other games coming to Kinect in 2011. A titleless Star Wars game and Forza Motersport, which each allow for a lot of creativity when combining them with Kinect.

Aside from the games and Kinect, Microsoft also took the opportunity to unveil some new partnerships. The first partnership announced was one with Crytek with plans of a 360 exclusive shooter. Many people speculate that this partnership could also lead to the God of War series (PS3 exclusive) being brought to the 360. The second and most noteworthy partnership announced was one with ESPN. This partnership will bring xbox live gold members over 3500 live and on-demand sporting events each year, all for free. They even brought out Josh Elliot and Trey Wingo, anchors of Sportcenter, to demo the new service.
Despite all of the great games and technology of Kinect being shown, the biggest announcement of Microsofts press conference came at the end. After much speculation for previous weeks, the new xbox console was unveiled. It is sleeker and smaller than previous models, has a 250gb HD, and built in Wifi. This new console will be available THIS WEEK for $299. The current Elite model received a price cut to $249 and the arcade model received a price cut to $149.

So now that you have heard about all the new awesomeness coming from Microsoft this year, you probably are starting to wonder how you are going to be able to pay for all of these great games, the new 360, and Kinect. Join CashCrate today and start earning the extra money now, so you can get all of these great games on release day.

If you missed Microsoft’s press conference and would like to see it and all the awesome demos and footage that was unveiled, you can watch it in its entirety at http://www.gametrailers.com/e3/livefeed/microsoft

And after you watch it I would encourage you to comment and let me know what you thought about the games, kinect, and other hot topics from the Microsoft press conference at E3 2010.

See if you relate to this: I’m at home on a weekday night, broke, half paying attention to whatever is on television and trying to figure out a way to make some extra money to keep the creditors at bay. A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon a way to make some extra money on my computer and it’s been an amazing ride since!

In this economy the term “extra money” is almost laughable. We all have bills, expenses, and things we struggle to pay for each day. But something CAN be done to put more money in your pocket. That something is CashCrate.

I only have ONE person to thank and that’s myself for signing up with CashCrate! Like most people I’ve always tried to figure out a way to get an upper hand on finances. I have bills just like anyone else, hobbies, and luxuries that spread my dollar very thin. I looked around online and saw tons of scams and schemes that would take your personal information, your time, and your trust. With some research and a little effort I found CashCrate and things almost instantly changed.

On CashCrate they pay you REAL money to complete market research surveys, fun and silly quizzes, and to even play games. They PAY YOU to complete these offers that take maybe five or so minutes to do. Once you rack up the bucks for the month, CashCrate sends you a check in the mail that can be cashed pretty much anywhere they cash pay checks. In my first month I made well over a $100 and to be honest it was the easiest money I’ve earned.

Some scams promise to make you rich over night, but with CashCrate you can become comfortable over months. The other night I was able to make five US dollars with these offers as I watched the season finale of Glee and talked on the phone during commercials. Same thing with the MTV Awards, American Idol, and anything else you watch. Turn on the TV, complete some offers, and before you know it you’re in better shape than you were when the opening credits started. It all adds up pretty quickly and before you know it, you can easily have one of those nagging bills paid for or be able to enjoy the financial freedom that is extra money. It’s easy and if my slacker butt can do it, you can too!

Man people let me tell you. I was one of those guys who would come across a website promising me I can earn extra cash if I only did this or that. Finally I was tired of it all when a good friend of mine referred me to cashcrate. At first I didn’t believe it because I heard and done it all before. But my friend told me that “it was real man”. All I had to do is sign up for absolutely no cost at all and the rest would be history.

This is the real deal people. If your looking and are tired of all the empty promises about making extra cash from home, then you have come to the right place. Believe me, I was skeptic at first, until I received a check in the mail! This site is great. There are so many different ways to earn cash. There are also weekly and daily tournaments in the game room. There are forums and blogs. If you have any difficulties or questions there are other people who have had the same questions and can help you. I can’t say it enough, this website is the real deal!

Just think, maybe you have a really busy schedule or can’t find employment due to this economy. Cashcrate is the site for you. It’s totally flexible and you work at your own pace. That’s the best part about it! So, if you enjoy watching the NBA Playoffs or a lot of baseball, you can do it and still earn cash. Its 100% legit and a try it as you go site. So if you’re still not convinced, just give it a try yourself. Absolutely free! No credit cards needed! No strings attached! So, just click on this link and start making money right away. I urge you to just try it. Trust me, now I have extra cash in my pocket that I didn’t have before I found CASHCRATE! You wont be disappointed.

Legit or Scam? This is always the first question asked whenever I tell someone about how I make money online. Despite knowing me and trusting me, they still question it because there are so many scams out there on the internet today. So I am writing this article to give you some tips on how to be certain whether the online money making site you are considering joining is a scam or a legit way to make some extra money.

1. The first thing you want to do is go to the site itself. Read their terms of service and guidelines and any other information they provide about how their website works. If the website doesn’t seem professional or legit, chances are it is not. If the site requires any sort of fee or credit card information up front, that doesn’t necessarily mean it is a scam. What it does mean is that you need to do a lot more research before joining.

2. If everything looks good with the site though, then you should do an internet search (preferably using one of the major 3, Google, Yahoo, or Bing) of the name of the website.
By doing this, you are looking to get the opinions of outside sources. Ideally, you would want to read at least 10-15 personal websites or blogs about the site you are considering joining. More if a fee is required. Read a few from page 1, and then go deeper and read some of the ones that are not as highly ranked. High ranking doesn’t always mean accurate or truthful. Don’t be alarmed if in that 10-15, 1-2 are negative. There are always people who will have a bad experience because they don’t understand the program and will then make negative remarks about the site or are simply talking negative about one site so they can promote another and convince you to join that one. If you do the search and cannot find many blogs or personal sites, that should be a huge red flag.

3. Something you should find on most of the personal sites or blogs you look at is proof of payment. This is one of the most important things to look for. If you cant find proof of people being paid, then you should avoid the site. If the site has a forum, then you should check there for proof of payment as well. Many sites will have a thread where members post either pictures of their checks or paypal transactions so they can build up their reputation. CashCrate.com is one of the sites that uses this tactic. They have the “Official I Got Paid Thread” where they have over 4 years of proof of payment from members. It is definitely a selling point for many people among the other characteristics of CashCrate.

4. If the site does have a forum, most allow you to join before joining the site. I would highly recommend doing this because it will allow you to post questions about anything you are still unsure of about the site, and get answers from people who have first hand experience with the site.

I hope these tips can help you make an informed decision about whether or not to join a certain online money making site. If you have anything to add to these tips or feel anything I have said is incorrect please feel free to add to it or change it.

These tips are brought to you by eucallstar12 of CashCrate: The Best Way To Make Money Online

The truth of the matter is that Cash Crate is probably NOT for you.

Surely you don’t want EXTRA MONEY without any catch. It’s obvious you’d like nothing less than to be able to MAKE UP TO HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS just by sitting on your computer during your free time. EARNING CASH while playing games, taking the surveys, and browsing the internet isn’t for you. I mean, really… why in the world would you want EXTRA MONEY for sitting on your butt?

Oh Wait… You ARE interested in making EXTRA MONEY?

So am I.

This is why I can’t recommend Cash Crate enough! It’s easier than you’d think. First off, there are no fees. You sign up with your name, address, and pretty much the same information you’d use to sign up for just about anything on the internet. Then you just follow the well described instructions and start clicking on the offers. Sometimes a survey, a quiz, or even a flash game it’s the easiest money to be made. With tons of offers ranging from around a quarter to a few dollars, your FREE MONEY EARNINGS add up really quick. Really quick, especially when you take into account most of these offers will take you only three to five minutes to complete. You put in the time and you can make a nice chunk of extra spending money. In my first month I made well over $100 and all it took was a few late nights. The same late nights I’d be spending listening to music, watching TV, or surfing around online are now spent completing these offers while listening to music, watching TV, or surfing around online.

I know it sounds too good to be true, but it’s not! Sign up, complete some offers, and take in what will provide a much needed financial assistance in times of need!

Just if you don’t know, Cashcrate is a website online where you can do simple surveys & quizzes for extra money. With Over 2 million members worldwide & millions already paid, I can say that this site is one of my favorites!

To be honest, the only reason why I joined Cashcrate was to make some extra cash to give gifts around the holidays or on birthdays. I have a pretty big family so there is always a birthday & a gift to buy! Anyway, the sole purpose of Cashcrate for me was to buy gifts for family members.

That was until I met Cashcrate’s full potential. I learned after time that Cashcrate has the best referral system on the internet, the most helpful forum, and has the most amazing members! I went from thinking that Cashcrate can make me some extra money to thinking that eventually this could be a major part of my monthly income! Some members on Cashcrate do rely on Cashcrate for paying bills, etc & someday when I spend a bit more time on Cashcrate I will be one of those members. For right now, to grow my earnings, I do at least 30 – 40 surveys a month plus what I make from referrals. From surveys ranging from 25 cents – $5 the money from surveys can add up to a great sum. Also there are daily surveys that can make you an extra $48 a month.

If you are dedicated to making money, next month you can afford that new shirt you wanted at the mall, take your spouse out to dinner or even treat yourself to a nice haircut! ( Thats what I did with my money) Besides doing surveys, you can also try the referral program. The Cashcrate referral system is the best I have ever seen & makes some members tons of money! If your a bronze, the lowest level, you start out with making 20% from referrals & the highest rank, Elite, can make 30% from referrals! After you get a few referrals, the money from referrals can add up and become a huge part of your monthly earnings! What I am basically saying is that you should never doubt the internet, and that Cashcrate may not change your life, but it can change your bank balance! Sign Up Now

Postcard collecting is one of my favorite hobbies of all times. But unfortunately, not all times, my parents are able to help me out with postage since postage in USA is $0.98 to send around the world. That is a lot of money for an independent student who rarely gets any allowance. So I decided to take up a job online, then I came across a website called “Cashcrate”. I do different offers and surveys to earn money. I recently joined but in a few days, I earned $10. To me that is a lot of money; I could at least send ten postcards with that money or even buy 9 burgers at Burger King (since there is tax to think about). So if you are one of those people who spend most of your time just surfing the web, turn your precious time into money making job since nowadays, heck anytime, we could use some extra money to help us with our daily lives.

Though I have been on Cashcrate since March, I have not been able to give enough time to earn much since I am a student who will be graduating in June. Believe me, this website is no scam at all, they are real. You will not see any man in a blue shirt giving you “guarantee” that this offer is free which usually turns out to be a super fraud advertisement. You can actually check out other members’ paychecks to make yourself believe if you don’t trust me. People usually earn $50-100 or more each month. They send out checks on 15th of every month but you have to make a minimum of $20 to get your check and there is no fee on getting checks either.

So what are you waiting for? Sign up here and turn your computer into a money making machine!
